Founding Deployment Engineer

Own the bridge between Raven Grid deployments and the product team: site surveys, base-station placement, customer onboarding, field feedback, and the practical details that make a detection grid reliable.

What you will do

  • Translate property requirements into practical base-station coverage plans.
  • Support pilots, installations, field tests, and operational handover.
  • Document deployment lessons and turn them into product improvements.
  • Work with engineering on detection workflows, alerts, reporting, and operator tools.

What we need

  • Strong technical judgment across networks, hardware, software, or security systems.
  • Comfort working with customers, site constraints, incomplete information, and field pressure.
  • Clear written communication and a bias toward structured operating procedures.
  • Bulgarian and English working proficiency.
